- Course offerings (including additions/deletions) applicable to degree and certificate programs (note that 5000-level courses are considered both undergraduate and graduate)
- Addition or deletion of majors and minors
- Addition or deletion of degree and certificate programs
- Requirements for bachelor’s degrees
- Policies governing program admission and continued matriculation
- Undergraduate grading policies and practices
- Policies involving credit by examination, experiential learning and other nontraditional courses
- Matters brought to the Council by the Provost/Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs
Submission Forms
Starting in the Fall of 2025, all undergraduate curriculum changes will move through the Coursedog platform. However, the Permission to Plan forms may still be submitted via Box (through the correct pdf forms located below) until the start of Spring 2026. Permission to Plan forms may also be submitted through Coursedog starting in the Fall semester.

2025-26 Council Membership
To ensure the composition of the council is balanced across TCU’s colleges and schools according to size, the AddRan College of Liberal Arts, Neeley School of Business, and College of Science and Engineering each have three representatives. The College of Fine Arts, Harris College of Nursing and Health Sciences, Bob Schieffer College of Communication, and the College of Education each have two. The John V. Roach Honors College has one.
